2 Sets of 3-ton Natural Gas Boilers for Extraction of Rose Essential Oil in The United Arab Emirates

As we all know, rose essential oil is a valuable concentrated essence in the world. Nearly 100 tons of rose petals can only extract 13 kilograms of essential oil. So it’s not very easy to obtain pure natural rose essential oil. It is not only used to manufacture cosmetics such as beauty, skincare, and hair care, but also widely used in the pharmaceutical and food industries. But few people understand the role and position of steam boilers in the extraction process of rose essential oil. Recently, 2 sets of natural gas fird steam boilers with an output of 3 tons from Sitong Boiler have been delivered to the United Arab Emirates and will soon become the core equipment of a local rose essential oil factory. It is reported that the customer is a company that started with oil and gradually developed into a group company that integrates oil, food and other fields. In 2018, the company entered the essential oil industry and built a rose essential oil factory. They have introduced a 4 mechanized production line from China. Steam boiler is also on the procurement list as an essential energy equipment on their production line. During the technical communication between the two parties, Sitong Boiler's technicians consulted in detail about the production process and steam parameter requirements of rose essential oil, and learned that temperature control is very important in the rose distillation process. It requires indirect slow steam heating first, and when the temperature rises to around 80 ℃, direct steam heating is introduced until boiling. So the steam quality and control requirements for the boiler are relatively strict.

Thus it can realize economic running. The yield and quality of rose oil can be also effectively improved.
