As one of the largest food markets in Central Asia, Kazakhstan has experienced rapid development in its food processing industry in recent years. Stable and clean steam is the key to ensuring food safety and packaging sealing in the food packaging industry, especially in production processes involving high-temperature sterilization (such as canned food and flexible packaging) and thermoforming packaging. However, many old heating equipment in the local area have problems such as low thermal efficiency, excessive emissions, and unstable operation, which seriously affect the continuity of the production line and the product qualification rate. A large food packaging enterprise in the country (mainly engaged in sterile packaging of dairy products and snack foods) is facing problems such as unstable steam output from the original boiler, high energy consumption, and excessive nitrogen oxide emissions during the production line upgrade process. It also needs to cope with the challenges of reliable start-up and continuous operation in extreme low temperature environments of -30 ℃ in winter. Therefore, the company decided to replace its core thermal energy supply equipment. After multiple rounds of technical comparison and investigation, they finally selected Sitong Boiler's WNS2-1.25-Y (Q) type natural gas steam boiler as their thermal energy equipment.

The application of steam runs through multiple key links in food packaging enterprises. For example, it is necessary to use saturated steam to spray the inner walls of packaging bags or cans before filling food. The WNS2-1.25-Y (Q) series natural gas fired steam boiler from Sitong Boiler produces 194 ° C drying steam, which can effectively kill microorganisms attached to the surface of packaging materials, control the colony count at an extremely low level (<1 gm/dm ²), and extend the shelf life of food.
