12t WNS series condensing boiler used for Sri Lanka, the boiler is condensing type boiler, it is equipped with condenser, which increase the boiler thermal efficiency to 98%. The customer already had a SZS series heavy oil boiler from us, but due to production expansion, he bought another boiler from us again. Sitong oil fired condensing boiler is a new type boiler. Condensing boilers are specifically designed to deliver maximum total efficiency and lowest total emissions while maintaining a responsive load response and low waterside pressure drop, for both the replacement heating boiler market and new construction. 

Condenser Principle of WNS series Condensing Boiler 

Fuel contains a lot of hydrogen, it will produce a large amount of water vapor after burning. 1.71 water vapor can be produced after burning of per 1Nm3 natural gas, latent heat of vaporization about 4000kj, occupy low calorific value of natural gas about 10%. when the exhaust gas temperature is higher, water vapor condense and release heat, discharge follow the exhaust gas, heater waste. At the same time, high temperature flue gas also take a lot of sensible heat, big loss of smoke exhaust. Installed with condenser, taking advantaging of the low temperature of boiler feeding water or hot media water cooling exhaust gas. To achieve the reduction of flue gas temperature, water vapor in exhaust gas condense, to achieve sensible heat in exhaust gas and water vapor condensation latent heat released. At the same time, low temperature feed water in exchanger or hot media water heat absorbing and heat. 

Main Features of WNS Condensing Boiler 

1.High thermal efficiency. The oil condensing boiler has a waste heat recovery method and that makes the thermal efficiency higher than 98%. The product exhaust temperature can be reduced to 95 ℃. 

2.Low NOx Emission. The oil condensing boiler is equipped with excellent low NOx burner, NOx emission is lower than 30mg/m3 

3.Automatic Operation. The condensing boiler is automatic control on combustion, steam pressure, water level, etc., the boiler could operate safely.
