SZL series 10 ton biomass fired steam boiler with small flake grate is used for rice mill in Guyana, In the rice mill, steam boiler is mainly used for heating uncooked rice into half-boiled rice. The steam boiler can also be used for tools cleaning and sterilization. So steam boiler is crucial and necessary for one rice mill. 

Meanwhile, rice mill usually has a lot of rice husk as the waste, customer uses these rice husk as fuel in the steam boiler, it can not only deal with the daily waste but also save much cost for fuels. So rice husk is the first choice for rice mill boiler fuel.

The customer owned a rice mill in Guyana, now he needed a new boiler to replace the old one urgently. He required fast delivery to ensure his mill to operate normally. In order to meet customer needs, we did our best to speed up production and shorten the lead time.

After finishing the production, we built all the furnace body, and when to the site the customer only needed to install the stoker under the boiler body. This would greatly reduce the installation time and quickly put into work.

During the communication, we knew that the customer had never purchased Chinese products before, it was the first time that he tried to cooperate with Chinese company, so he had a little concern. In order to eliminate his concern, we held video meeting in our workshop to show him our manufacturing equipment and how the boiler was produced, we also held video meeting with our technical team to talk with customer about boiler details.

After considering all the aspects, the customer signed order with us and gave high evaluation about Sitong Boiler.
