Two sets 8 ton Steam Boiler in Tamatave, Madagascar

The customer has ordered two sets steam boiler from Sitong Boiler, DZL8-2.0-T and WNS8-2.0-Y. The two steam boilers are both 8 ton/h, the pressure is 2.0MPa, and the temperature is about 214℃. DZL8-2.0-T adopts wood as fuel and WNS8-2.0-Y uses heavy oil as fuel. These two boiler have been installed in site and has worked well now.

The customer has purchased several boilers from our company since 2019, one of these is used for corrugated board factory, and others are used for oil refineries. The customer owns several enterprises in local and has good reputation. So this time when he had the boiler needs, he found us with no hesitation, it was our pleasure to serve such old partner, as well as our friend.

The two sets steam boiler are used for edible oil refinery, which needs high steam pressure. The customer needs 17.5 bar pressure, which is higher pressure than our general 8 ton boiler, in order to meet customer’s demand, our engineer re-designed the two boiler pressure with 20 bar.

DZL8-2.0-T adopts wood as fuel. However, the size of the wood chips was too large to be directly used for combustion in the boiler, so our engineer suggested a wood chipper to deal with this problem before combustion. In addition, customer was also concerned about the problem of fuel feeding. When choosing biomass boilers, many customers were more concerned about how to transport biomass raw materials to the boiler. Our technical team had rich experience in this, we designed automatic feeding system in this solution. Wood chipper, automatic feeding system and DZL8 biomass steam boiler would comprehensively solve all the problems for our customer.

Different boilers have different requirements according to its different usage scenarios. The requirements for steam temperature and pressure are also different.
