25 ton Biomass Fired Steam Boiler Shipped to Sri Lanka

SZW series biomass fired steam boiler is shipped to Sri Lanka, used for the process of the coconut products. SZW25-1.25-SCII adopts double drums with reciprocating grate. It has the characteristics of compact structure.

The client owns a big coconut factory, mainly producing coconut oil, flour, cream and so on. SZW25-1.25-SCII uses coconut shell as boiler fuel, because the client wants to deal with the coconut shell amassed in his factory. Using coconut shell fuel can save fuel costs and disposal the waste, which can also reduce environmental pollution.

The client wants to expand his production ability in the future, we recommends this 25 ton biomass fired steam boiler with reciprocating grate. We note the fuel is in high moisture, the common chain grate would not meet the requirement, we recommend client reciprocating grate which is more suitable for biomass with high humidity. This can help the fuel burn thorough.

But this client has very bad experience with reciprocating grate boiler, the grate has always melt, the hydraulic feeding system always malfunction. They are force to shutdown boiler each two weeks for the maintenance which cost great loss for their production line. They still have concern for our proposal. After we discussed with technician, we explained the reason for their previous issue, meanwhile upgrade the reciprocating grate material to high temperature resistance material and adopt mechanical driven device instead of hydraulic driven device to reduce the failure rate. Client was convinced by our proposal finally.
