2100KW thermal oil boiler is transported to Vietnam, and used in bitumen factory. The boiler model is YLW-2100MA, the fuel used for the boiler is bituminous coal, the coal consumption of the boiler is about 420kg/h, the fuel combustion equipment is chain grate, which has a high automatic degree, could save manual cost. In bitumen factory, the coal fired thermal oil boiler is used for bitumen heating, dissolving, and heat preservation. The temperature needed is about 160℃~200℃. The traditional way is to use fire or heating bitumen tank directly, compare with the old method, the new method by using thermal oil boiler is more safe, lower operation cost, lower pollution, high productivity, and stable bitumen quality.
