6t/h coal fired team boiler is operating successfully in Vietnam, customer uses the boiler in his brick kiln, the steam temperature is roughly 195℃, and we recommendation to use the rated pressure 1.6MPa to meet the temperature requirement. The fuel used for the 6t/h steam boiler is bituminous coal, the fuel consumption is 880kg/h, and the thermal efficiency is higher than 80%. the boiler is equipped with economizer to increase the boiler efficiency, and equipped with dust cater to meet the requirement of environmental protection.
Characteristics of SZL Series Coal Fired Steam Boiler
This is SZL series coal fired steam boiler is a kind of water tube boiler, has higher thermal efficiency than fire tube boiler with the same capacity. The boiler is equipped with chain grate, which has high automatic degree, could decrease labor cost during operation, and and the grate is low fuel leakage. Except coal fuel, the boiler could also be designed to burn different kind of biomass fuel, such as wood, rice husk, bamboo, straw, bagasse, jute, etc., otherwise, based on the characteristics of different biomass fuel, the grate could be longer, to achieve sufficient combustion and higher combustion efficiency.
